15 years ago, I used to go by bike in St-Isidore to the Ruban Bleu farm, to buy cheese and see the goats with my mom. The farm got sold and the new owner moved it to Mercier about 8 years ago. The goat cheese is still very good and the beautiful farm worth a visit. On my last visit I discovered the Bastringue (tomme), the Charrue (raclette) and the Vailloche (aged cheddar), which I liked. This farm is part of the circuit du Paysan and you will also find several local Québec products.
