Ingredients:
- a medium onion, sliced
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups frozen kale
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon curry tea
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce sriracha to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion and saute until transparent.
- Add the spices, sauce and salt to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the water.
- Add kale, stir well and cook about 10 minutes or until the kale is warm and well mixed.
