- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or kefir
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seed
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, let it run at high speed until a very smooth drink. Enjoy.
